  1. Hello Friends! I’m reading along even if I don’t get to my computer to leave comments! I think there are a lot of people pretending to be rich, yet have nothing. “Keeping up with the Joneses” with leasing fancy cars, expensive trips and clothing all contribute to the appearance of riches while credit card anxiety soars. Those who live within their budget have peace, even though they don’t have all the “stuff” their neighbors do. I also think that there are riches in righteousness and peace, though the outward appearance may be that you’re old fashioned and not “cool” because you don’t jump on the popular cause of the day. Pretending to be poor and having great riches to me means that you are concerned with spiritual things, not earthly things which looks poor & foolish to those who do not love God.
